Strategic Planning and Business Development

The purpose of strategic planning and business development is to help you determine your long range goals and the tactical actions required to achieve those goals. This is done through a three step process:

1) Product Assessment/Market Research: Determine the market viability of your product. If research shows that their is a market for your product we then work with you to determine the best strategic positioning of your product.

2) Strategic Positioning: Help you determine the Ultimate Strategic Position (USP) of your product. The question that must be addressed is: What is the ultimate position you would like to achieve for your product? In short, your USP determines the long range goal of your business.

3) Business and Marketing Plan: This is the blueprint for your success. Essentially your marketing plan determines the tactical steps necessary to achieve your USP.
